Securely place the lighting products in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
