If your lights arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

Yes, all Love Your Lights products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and electrical malfunctions.
